Säilytyspussien kangas valmistetaan kierrätetyistä muovipulloista, jotka puhdistetaan ja sulatetaan. Sen jälkeen ne kehrätään langoiksi, joista kudotaan säilytyspussiemme kangas.
Näiden kierrätettävien materiaalien käyttö ei pelkästään pidä muoviroskaa poissa valtameristämme ja kaatopaikoistamme, vaan myös vähentää vuosittain noin 1880 kg uuden (neitsyt)muovin valmistusta.
