Quelle est la différence entre les règles et les saignements ?
Vous vous dirigez vers la salle de bain pour uriner et vous voyez... une tache rouge ou brune sur votre sous-vêtement préféré. Vous vous demandez ... Mes règles ne devraient - elles pas arriver avant 2 semaines ?
Ce scénario arrive à de nombreuses personnes menstruées, les laissant complètement confuses. Ce qui se passe? Eh bien, vous avez repéré ! Bien que vous souhaitiez peut-être prendre rendez-vous le plus tôt possible avec votre gynécologue et si vous demandez à savoir exactement ce qui se passe, la plupart du temps, il n'y a vraiment aucune raison de s'inquiéter.
Repérage C'est normal et il n'y a souvent pas lieu de s'en inquiéter outre mesure. Mais si vous voulez quand même avoir l'esprit tranquille, il vous sera utile de connaître la différence entre vos règles et vos saignements.
RÈGLES VS. PERTE DE VUES – LA DIFFÉRENCE
Alors qu'une période est le début de votre cycle menstruel chaque mois et libère environ 2 cuillères à soupe de sang (si vous n'en avez pas ménorragie ), elle durera plus longtemps que les saignements. Les saignements peuvent survenir à tout moment pendant votre cycle menstruel. Une autre façon de faire la différence est la couleur du sang. Le sang menstruel peut varier en couleurs , les taches libèrent généralement du sang brun clair.
Même si cela peut déclencher des sonnettes d’alarme dans votre tête, Les saignements sont en fait assez courants . Ils peuvent survenir entre les règles, pendant la grossesse, après un rapport sexuel ou après un examen gynécologique.
VOICI QUELQUES-UNES DES RAISONS POUR LESQUELLES VOUS POUVEZ APERÇU :
– Menstruations - Ok, nous avons dit que les saignements sont différents des règles, et c'est vrai, mais au début de vos règles, vous pouvez constater que vous avez des saignements. C'est tout à fait normal. C'est promis !
– Ovulation - L'ovulation est souvent à l'origine des saignements, car elle se produit lorsqu'un ovule est libéré par les ovaires en attendant la fécondation. Ce processus peut provoquer des saignements. Les saignements peuvent également être dus à une augmentation des œstrogènes qui se produit lorsque l'ovule n'est pas fécondé.
– Implantation - Les saignements d'implantation sont des saignements qui se produisent lorsque l'embryon s'implante dans l'utérus et qui peuvent être difficiles à distinguer. - Est-ce que ce sont vos règles qui arrivent ou vous êtes enceinte ? Eh bien, cela peut être l'un ou l'autre. Une bonne façon de le savoir est de vérifier la présence d'autres signes de grossesse, comme des nausées, de la fatigue ou des douleurs aux seins.
– Grossesse anormale - Les fausses couches, les accouchements prématurés et les grossesses extra-utérines sont autant de causes d'inquiétude. Des saignements peuvent être présents dans tous ces cas, donc si cela vous inquiète, consultez immédiatement votre médecin.
- Travail - Une autre cause de saignements liée à la grossesse est l'accouchement. Cela se produit généralement vers 37 semaines, lorsque votre corps élimine le bouchon muqueux.
– Infections ou maladies - Les IST , les problèmes de reproduction et d'autres infections comme la maladie inflammatoire pelvienne (MIP) peuvent toutes être à l'origine de saignements. Si les causes ci-dessus ne semblent pas être le problème, consultez votre médecin. La plupart des infections sont traitables, mais peuvent devenir encore plus graves si elles sont ignorées.
QUAND APPELER LE MEDECIN
Bien que vous puissiez appeler votre médecin à tout moment si vous avez une question ou un souci lié à votre santé , il est utile de savoir quand les saignements sont une source de réelle inquiétude. Voici quelques circonstances quand il serait judicieux d'appeler votre médecin :
– Si vous êtes enceinte ou pensez l’être
– Si vous avez des saignements réguliers
– Si vous avez eu des rapports sexuels non protégés et que vous commencez à avoir des saignements
– Si vous ressentez des douleurs ou des crampes au moment des saignements
– Si vous prenez un médicament quelconque qui, selon vous, pourrait être à l’origine de saignements

Hey,
to preface this, I am on a 3 month contraceptive injection. So after my period stopped I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and he came inside me. Around the third day after it stopped I started spotting. Is there a chance I might be spotting because of a pregnancy? Or maybe we were just a bit too rough? Maybe the blood is coming from intercourse or foreplay and you were accidentally hurt, f.ex. because you were scratched with a finger. However, it may be best to have this checked by a doctor, espescially if the bleeding continues or if other symptoms occur.

I have been having unprotected sex for years. More recently I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost a year. We’ve recently had a little foreplay and afterwards I went to the washroom to find I’m bleeding. It’s a dark red but I’m not supposed to have my period for another 8 days. I’m horribly OCD about keeping track of my period and its never been early. Or at least not since 2014… So I’m very confused. It hasn’t been 24 hours since I’ve noticed but it isn’t a reddish brown and it’s not bright red.

Unprotected sex around ovulation may increase the risk of getting pregnant, espescially if any sperm entered the vagina. However the period is usually a good sign of not being pregnant. If you worry you might be pregnant and the bleeding may be caused by something else, it is best to consult a doctor. Only a doctor can make the necessary examinations.

I started bleeding 4 days before my expected date and I had unprotected sex around my ovulation time but the guy pulled out. The bleeding isof the usual periods amount and I’ve been bleeding for more than 24 hours now. Is it possible that I could be pregnant because I don’t want to be.
