Is microwave sterilisation safe for menstrual cups?

Microwave sterilisation is possible, but only if done carefully! If you choose this method, follow these safety steps to avoid damaging your period cup:

• Use a microwave-safe container filled with clean water
• Make sure the cup is fully submerged - never microwave it dry!
• Heat for 3 to 5 minutes on high power
• Let the water cool before removing the cup
