Can I use ordinary soap instead?

Better not. Dish soap, hand soap and anything oil-based can weaken the silicone or leave residues that irritate. Cup Wash is pH-balanced and made for silicone.

How often do I wash the cup?

During your period, every time you empty it — at least every 12 hours — with warm water and Cup Wash. Between cycles, boil it for 5 minutes.

Is it scented?

Lightly, from natural lemon and eucalyptus essential oils. No artificial fragrances or colorants.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Within the EU, shipping is free over 50 € and a flat 9.50 € below.

What if something's wrong with my order?

Wrong item? Email info@lunette.com with a photo and we ship the right one. A cup that clearly doesn't work for you after a fair try — two to three cycles — we refund, or send the other size. Nothing to return.
