Den är helt fantastisk på alla sätt och även om jag nu testat en annan varians köper jag igen er produkt. Skillnaden var att den inte var lika spelstil och fångade därför inte upp allt blod. Däremot har jag upplevt obehag med ett räfflade topp/handtag för utdragning. Den jag köpt emellan nu hade som en liten ring en kunde ta tag i som var helt len. Den upplevde jag mycket mer bekväm. Det räckte ju dock inte :)

Opted for Lunette for my
Opted for Lunette for my own health and safety due to the authentic certification for medical grade silicone used at Lunette. Have tried a range of cheap non-certified (or possibly fake) period cups to find a suitable one shape wise. So I now most definitely feel safer, when using Lunette. The cup is a bit firmer than I expected and this takes some getting used to. I do love the colour and material texture (feel) of the cup, rings are easy to grip and tail is suitably soft. Shipping was fast and packaging neat.
Sizes should be explained better
I loved the packaging and the little details like the information leaflet. However. I must say I wish I had ordered the small size. I went for the bigger size because of my flow characteristics, but I totally regret it because putting the cup in and taking it out is very painful. I tried every technique and it still hurts. Order the small size!

I recommend this to all my friends! Using it feels so much cleaner, and it's so much more eco-friendly than pads or tampons. Only thing that could've been better: the pouch that it comes in used to be made of a better silkier material, and now it feels cheap and plasticky. But the Lunette cup itself is great. Hoping the stem won't break off on this one.

I was really excited to check out a menstruation cup! The first time putting the cup in was uncomfortable, but after a few times I discovered the anatomy and the technique, so by practising it became quickly easy. Now I'm menstruating ecologycaly and very comfortable, completely sure that nothing leaks out. I'm also very happy that there was more than enough support from Lunette to make sure everything went well. I think everyone becomes happy by purchasing this cup!

Lunette Period Cup is a personal hygiene product; do not share the cup. Carefully wash your hands before and after handling Lunette Period Cup and boil your cup for minimum of 5 minutes, before first use and between your cycles.

Lunette Period Cup can be used up to 12 hours. However, local restrictions may apply. Legislations in FR, DE and AUS may limit the use up to 8 hours, in FR no overnight use is allowed.
With proper care, you may reuse your Lunette Period Cup for up to 10 years.
Check your Lunette Period Cup for signs of damage before each use. If defects or signs of damage are found, e.g. cuts or any deterioration or if it has discolored or stained due to insufficient cleaning - we recommend replacing the cup with a new one.
Use Lunette Period Cup only during menstruation. Lunette Period Cup should not be used for anything other than menstrual bleeding, e.g. post-natal bleeding because of a higher risk of infection.
Lunette Period Cup is not a contraceptive and does not protect users from sexually transmitted diseases/infections or pregnancy, and it should not be used during sexual intercourse. There is no need to remove your cup when urinating, but after defecation you may need to check that the cup is still properly in place. Lunette Period Cup is safe to use with an IUD or contraceptive ring; however, we recommend consulting a doctor before use. Check the correct placement of the IUD regularly – if you are unsure of its placement or its strings, you should check with your doctor.
Pay attention to the correct cup removal technique and release the pressure. Please note that an IUD may partially or completely be displaced from the uterus for various reasons. Always make sure to break the seal before removing cup.

Insufficient cleaning bears the risk of microbiological infection. Never use harsh cleanser, vinegar, bleach, or strongly fragranced soaps, as they can damage the silicone and irritate your vagina.
In case of discomfort due to the stem length, you may trim it with scissors. Remove the cup and cut the stem to your preferable length. Be careful not to damage the stem or cup with your nails.

Toxic shock syndrome (TSS) is a very rare but serious bacterial infection with symptoms like sudden high fever, diarrhea, nausea, severe muscle pain and headache, respiratory symptoms, skin rash, and a lowered level of consciousness. The condition is often associated with the use of very absorbent tampons. TSS is rare in connection with using a period cup. However, its early recognition and cure treatment is vital, so if you have some any of the symptoms mentioned above when using a cup, remove the cup and seek medical advice immediately.
